Payment
This can be made by cash, debit card or credit card (due to increased charges by the card facilitiators we now make a £2 charge per card transaction) the balance of payment is due on arrival at the hotel.
Conditions of Booking
Your room will be allocated on arrival. It will usually be available from 1:30PM and it is requested that it be vacated by 10:30AM on the day of departure. Luggage may be left in the hotel if you are staying in Blackpool for the day if agreed in advance.
Cancellation of a booking will incur only the loss of deposit if made seven days or more before the date of visit. If cancellation is within seven days but we are able to re-let the room, there will only be loss of the deposit. However, if we cannot re-let the room we reserve the right to charge to your card the remainder of the full amount that would have been due should you have arrived and fulfilled your booking.
The Proprietors reserve the right to amend or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests and take appropriate action. We also reserve the right to charge the full cost of replacing or repairing any Hotel property which is lost or damaged, however this may be caused.
The Proprietors cannot accept resposibility for loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe keeping.
We do not have facilities in the hotel for children or pets.
